I just had Jose and Ronald out at my house, and they were great. They arrived on time and completed the work as scheduled. I had my ducts, furnace, and dryer vent cleaned, all in about 1 hour. They explained the entire process to me when they arrived, so I understood how it was all going to work. Plus, they were flexible in how they approached the job in order to keep our cats and dog from being traumatized. Very professional team. I highly recommend them.

I used United Air Duct Cleaning to clean out my dryer vent. They DID NOT do a good job!!! The two technicians who came to clean the vent told me they had thoroughly cleaned the vent pipe. When they were finished there was still no air coming out the dryer vent. One of the technicians told me I may have an issue with vent pipe itself; although, he could not specify what the issue was. But he told me he had run a camera through the entire length of the vent line and it was clear. When the technicians left, they left a huge mess in my house!! They tracked mud through my kitchen and living room, got mud all over our brand new carpet, left mud all over the laundry room floor and left lint under and behind my dryer. If they had actually cleared the vent pipe, I probably wouldn't be so ticked, but I tried using my dryer over the next several days and still had to run the dryer four to five times to dry a load of laundry. I called another company to come see if they could find anything
