Great Communication. Although they were busy, when they new we didn’t have hot water in our home, arranged to get a plumber to install tankless water heater same day. Definitely recommend.
First off let me say the experience I had with Ben,and with Green line I would consider to be very Rare, and one of a kind. Never in the history of dealing with a buisness have we been treated with such honesty, and respect, and quite honestly we were treated as if we were family. That is a rare commodity nowadays, having someone you absolutely know you could completely count on and that they will take care of you. Mike #1 carefully explained the details of each option and was very straightforward about which ones he would recommend on the basis of safety. Ultimately, the safest choice risked a conflict with my HOA, so I opted for another tank heater instead. This process was definitely an ordeal for all three gentlemen - hours of their time, and lots of climbing around. Still, they were professional throughout and made honest suggestions based on safety rather than what would make the business more mon
