Utah's Best Home Pros

Our air conditioner went out in July and when I called Utah’s best home pros, they had someone here the next morning. When it was determined we needed a new unit they were able to install one the next day and Adam didn’t try to upsell us on something we didn’t need. Cody, Cesar and Noe installed a new air conditioning system in our home, and worked for hours in the heat making sure everything was working the way it should be. They were professional, friendly, clean and patient walking us through everything even though it took longer than they anticipated and I’m sure they wanted to get home. After purchasing a new furnace from Utah’s Best in 2021, when the need came to switch to central air, I was happy to be a returning customer, the service and experience I received then was stellar. Installing the central air, Cody and Cesar really went the extra mile. My house wasn’t being cooperative and gave them issue with the power connection. They stayed until it was right, finishing it in the dark and well past what I think would have been a standard quitting time to ensure I was satisfied. They remained professional and courteous the entire time. They took the time to show me all they had done and how the system worked as it’s my first experience with central air.
