Where to start, what a great experience. I called on Wednesday for a quote on a tankless water heater, they said they could be out there the next day! Unfortunately that didn't work for me, so they came out in Friday, late morning. Aladin was who came out, great guy. Fun to chat with, walked me through everything, and provided a quote. I said great, and asked when the earliest we could get it installed was. He said he could be back with parts in an hour. Crazy! I'm thinking, wow I'm going from phone call to install in 2 days, amazing. Aladin came back with one of his crew and got it installed in no time, and it looked great. He walked me through how it all works, got me setup in the app and everything. They also cleaned up nicely. He checked for leaks and everything looked good, I was there with him, it all looked great. I was extremely satisfied with the service received from Aladin, Amar, and Jake. My entire sewer line, through the yard and under the house, was almost fully clogged by roots. I got an appointment scheduled an within a week of Aladin coming out to check out the problem and make a quote. The repair was a big job, requiring excavation, pipe replacement, and lining.
