Apex Clean Air AC, Heating Repair & Air Duct Cleaning

John Jameson was absolutely amazing! He was very punctual and knowledgeable on all services offered and recommended. John was thorough and took the time to explain different services that would be beneficial to our home. We were able to ask questions, get solid answers and even watch videos applicable to the services we were interested in. Apex and John come highly recommended! I will be referring this company to family and friends + use this company moving forward for any of my dryer and vent cleanings. I have mixed feelings about Apex Clean Air. Our AC unit went out while we were out of town. I called Apex. The sales representative that came to our house was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me multiple options and offered to help me file the rebates. He had very good customer service skills. I was very happy that Apex was able to get a technician to replace our AC and heater a few days later. The technicians that came were also very friendly and went over everything that they were going to do, and they answered all of my questions. They told me that they would lay a cloth down over the carpet, but they did not and our carpet ended up getting a small stain. They finished the AC unit, but they were not able to finish the furnace because they were missing a part. They told me they would call me on Monday. I did not receive a call on Monday. After waiting a week, I called to see when they would be coming back. They apologized for the wait and told me that they were still waiting for

Apex does a great job and really wants to have happy customers. They pride themselves on good service and so if there is anything that goes wrong, they work really hard to correct the matter and make things right. We contacted Apex for some vent cleaning since they were running a special. We originally had a weekend appointment for them to come out to clean our vents. They called the day before to confirm the two hour time slot we had been given for their arrival. We made sure we were home for the entire time slot. We moved things out of the way to allow super easy access to all vents, but then they never showed up or called or texted or anything to let us know they would not show up. We tried calling their number to see what was going on, but their office hours are closed on the weekends, so we couldn't even ask about the status of our service. We were able to set up a new appointment for a time slot, and they contacted us about a half hour before arrival letting us know their specifi
