Apex Clean Air AC, Heating Repair & Air Duct Cleaning

Apex Clean Air was very professional. We appreciated how they used extra precautions to protect our home like drop cloths, shoe covers, protection on door frames etc to prevent damage from the hose. He took time to explain the procedures without being pushy. He did a great job of cleaning our hvac system. We would recommend their services. Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

I had Apex install a new AC unit and furnace to replace my swamp cooler and old furnace. The sales guy was high pressure. He would only offer free removal of the swamp cooler if I signed up that day. I was looking to get more information from other companies so I took my time in deciding and they told me it would be over $1,000 for that same service (which is offered for free from other companies) all because it took me a couple of days to decide. If you're like me and you want to think about a decision like this before jumping into it you might want to look elsewhere. This became more confusing because on the quote it stated removal of previous equipment, but apparently that didn't include my old swamp cooler. The technicians who worked to install the AC and furnace were great. They talked me through their plans and made sure we were all on the same page. My only complaint is that it took much longer than they told me it would. They initially told me it would only take about one day.
