I needed someone to flush out my tankless water heater and asked if they could show me how to do it so I didn't have to pay someone to do it every year. Ashley at City Creek Plumbing responded right away and let me know I was missing the valves to do the flush. He quoted me a very fair price to add the valves, flush the tank, and show me how to do it. The night before my appointment, I just happen to have a plumbing leak in my basement. Major bummer, but timing couldn't have been better. I was able to turn the water off to the leak, so it wasn't an emergency, but I also didn't want to message Ashley about it because it was found so late. The next day Ashley let me know he was on his way (which is very much appreciated) and was very punctual as well as professional. He was very personable and walked me through and explained the flushing of the tank. I brought up the leak in my basement and he was more than willing to help out with it.
