Alex was professional and kind. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me anything or upcharge me for hmthe work performed. I will be using I Know A Guy for all of my future HVAC needs and will be telling everyone I know when they need a recommendation.
I’ve used these guys for years and they do great work. Quick, forthright, and always looking for the best solution for you. They really take care of you. My AC went out right as the temperature skyrocketed this summer and they worked me in ASAP to make sure I wasn’t dying in the heat. Extremely affordable, and their process is incredible. They have full reports with diagnostics, notes, and steps taken when they’re done so you know exactly what they did and what to keep an eye on with your system. 10/10, I will always go with I Know A Guy.
