The company was very responsive and were able to fit me into the schedule quickly and let me know expected arrival times. Yairo was very professional and quickly unclogged my kitchen sink! Very happy with the experience! Service: Drain cleaning
My tech that serviced me was highly unprofessional. He spent the entire time trying to hit on me- consistently asking me out and talking about a future with me. It made me so uncomfortable I ended up calling a friend to come over till he was gone. When it came to payment I asked how much it would be and he replied “dinner and a movie”. After I paid he lingered around way too long and then hugged me before I left. He also broke 2 separate pieces he was working on and didn’t replace. Overall experience was not enjoyable. Really sucked feeling uncomfortable in my own home.
Eric was our technician and he did such a great job. He was straightforward with the plan and got our line unclogged in no time. Would happily use roto rooter again! Service: Augering
