Fantastic service. He had a cancellation so he was able to come within the hour. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. Helped me understand what went wrong with our AC, and how to care for it in the future, and he got it working again. Will definitely be calling again if we have any other plumbing heating or AC issues.
Robert treated us like family - he went above and beyond what was required of him on several occasions. We are so lucky to have such a professional, capable and affordable plumber(he also does HVAC work.) He is also a genuinely nice person. Robert was great. He was able to come troubleshoot an urgent furnace issue later into the evening with no added charge, where other companies wouldn't even come or wanted to charge a hefty after hours fee. The furnace issues were hard to pin down and he stuck with it over a period of 5 days and multiple visits. I have nothing but good things to say about Robert and his work ethic. Thanks!
