Our hot water heater started leaking prompting us to get quotes on upgrading to a tankless hot water heater. Travis provided a reasonable quote for an Noritz EZ 111 and they were able to schedule installation within days. Shea and Jason installed it today, consulting with me on placement of exhaust. The quality of their work was top-notch! Communication was excellent throughout the process letting us know when they were on their way with an accurate ETA. Trent and Travis extended great service even after installation by answering my questions promptly and thoroughly. I needed my old galvanized pipes replaced with PEX. After multiple bids I choose to go with Neighborly Plumbing. Along with new pipes I had two sections of cast iron drains replaced, the fun ones for both bathrooms. Neighborly plumbing had the best bid. I choose them because I sensed trust in them. So glad I did! From scheduling to end of job it went flawless. Very professional and down to earth team. Nothing "pushy" with these guys and they care about their workmanship.
