Alpine Cleaning & Restoration Specialists

We have had Alpine do two jobs for us in the last 18months. The first job was thorough, but pricey for what was done. I would rate that job at a 3 star. The second job our family worked hard through a sewer back up with a large crew of neighbors and friends helping contain the water in our basement. The water was contained and did not travel past the half way point in the room. Communication between us and Alpine seemed strained and inaccurate. When my husband walked through the area affected by the water a day or so later to get ready for the remediation part- he explained that the water did not go through the whole great room. Needless to say- Alpine basically did more flood cuts on walls that were never affected by water and took baseboards that never got wet. My biggest frustration was when they took door trim and did not score the trim and the wall intersection which caused severe tearing of our drywall in a section that did not need it. After our garage fire was cleaned up by Alpine, the painting company (Color Innovations) brought in Luis and his crew. Within a 24 hour period, they taped everything off, applied the prime coat and the final coat of paint. When we inspected the final job and told him how good it looked, Luis said, "I love my job".
