Prompt response to my initial call after hours to clean up from a broken water pipe that flooded two apartment units. I felt involved as they performed the initial cleanup and felt that they kept good contact through the entire process. Unfortunately, they would provide no help after they couldn't get me to process a claim through my insurance and left me to put everything back together on my own, even though I requested help. Because I wasn't processing a claim, it "wasn't worth their time." Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

I was impressed with each of the different aspects of my water-damage cleanup and repairs. Wayne came out and performed an inspection to see the extent of the damage and repairs that would need to be made. He was able to get in touch with the insurance adjuster and get the ball rolling. Trason was able to help get the mitigation moving to get the water damaged ceiling, carpet, and vanity dryed out and then removed, including the mold. Garrett helped lead the repairs with getting drywall/painting done, carpet and tile replaced, new vanity and moving of furniture out and then back in the house. Overall, each team did their part to help get my home back to normal use! Thank you!

Think we are still in process. Kitchen cabinets measured for about 3 weeks ago. Stuff still in storage. Basement ceiling ( acoustical tile or sheetrock) still not replaced. Thanks, please keep in touch. M Service: Flood restoration
