We are trying to sell my Mother's house that just passed away and the furnace stopped working. First time they came out, the technician had no idea what he was doing. He would move some wires around, flip switches on and off, and get it to run for 5 minutes then told me he fixed it and it just needed to warm up. Charged me $80. We tried to hold an open house that weekend and showed up and the furnace hadn't been working so we had to cancel the open house since it was 37 degrees in the house. I called them and they said they could come back out that afternoon but then showed up an hour late. Then once they showed up they said it was just too dirty and that's why it wasn't running, so they cleaned it and got it running and tried to charge me full price for a visit. I told them I didn't see why I needed to pay full price since they told me it was fixed the first time when it clearly wasn't. Then while he was on the phone with his boss asking what they could do for me, the furnace stopped

I was having problems with my a/c unit last summer. I called Comfort Control and was given a service appointment for the next day. The technicians called to give me updated time of arrival. They worked diligently, efficiently and competently as they patiently cleaned the coils, blew out houses and added coolant. They were able to extend the life of my unit. I have little doubt that most technicians would have told me it needed to be replaced, as did one person I had called and explained the symptoms to. I take comfort having an honest and reliable company to contact the next time I have any issues with my a/c or heating systems.

I almost never leave reviews, but I feel compelled to do so now because my experience with C&S was SO GREAT! Our AC stopped working in the middle of the night, I called Craig that morning, and by 9am he had a technician (Scott) at our house! Scott was fantastic! He took time to thoroughly diagnose the issue (rather than going with a quick/easy assessment) to get to the root cause, and patiently explained everything in a way that I could easily understand. When he found out that the part we needed wouldn't be available for at least a week, he and Craig scrambled to find an alternative solution, and ended up helping us get a better solution at an extremely affordable price, and got it installed THAT DAY. By the end of the day our AC was running like a dream! I will be a C&S client for life!
