Spencer and Jake were amazing! They came by and troubleshooted my issue. They were professional, on time, and communicated effectively.
I contacted ReScope because I had an issue with a drain. They contracted the work out to a whole different plumbing company. The contracted plumbers they sent were pushy and tried to up-sale me on an unrelated service. When I told them I wasn’t interested these contractors tried some “scare tactics” to get me to buy into their services. If you’re needing drain service done go with a company that will send their own people and not contracted salesmen.
Jake came and checked out my toilet and was very quick and professional. I learned things I had no idea could affect how well a toilet performs. He was very thorough and I highly recommend him. Service: Drain cleaning
