The entire process from initial contact through project completion was outstanding! Nick assessed my house to ensure there were no underlying issues to cause my bathroom tile to "tent". He was very thorough and did not try to include additional work not needed. As a Facilities Engineer for a major corporation, the estimate was exactly what I expected to pay. Kade and Colton were precisely on time for the scheduled tile replacement. They were both very courteous and professional. We discovered a couple extra tiles were cracked that were not in the original quote. They ensured I knew exactly what additional work would be completed and that I was 100% comfortable with the additional cost before they included it. The finished quality of work was also superb.
