Ashby Air

The tech was late, but the office called to let me know he was running late. When he got here, he checked everything to make sure the central air and heat was running fine. We are good for another year, at least. Tech was very thorough and answered my questions. Before leaving, he let me know that we have 30 days to make sure the system continues to work well, if not, we could call our home warranty office and request them to send Ashby HVAC back at no further cost to fix the problem. Ashby was great to work with. They were contracted to me through my home warranty, but I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again if I ever have the need. They were very helpful and responsive anytime I tried to call or text, and went above and beyond with their professionalism and customer service. As they were doing work, they realize that the fix they were looking for was a simple one, they could’ve charged me the original quoted amount, but because it ended up being a quick, simple fix, they gave me a discount.
