My family called Black Diamond explaining how my 90 year old dad needed his water heater checked out due to it not staying lit. With my sister and I both living out of the area we didn’t know who to call. A neighbor had used black Diamond before, and recommended them & mentioned they had techs all over Utah. She gave them a call and they were prompt and made sure he would be there morning. The technician Robert came out and took care of not only his water heater, but also preformed preventive maintenance around the house and made sure my dad is able to use his fixtures with ease. Although my AC has had a few issues since install (both times being mistakes of the installers) everyone involved has been very professional and gotten things taken care of swiftly. The last time we had an issue, the manager showed up personally to fix the issue and even tightened a gas connection he noticed was lose. Ever since then, our water has been hotter quicker. Today, a service guy named Jake fixed the issue the AC was having, but while he was up on the roof he noticed that an there was an opening where water was leaking in. This opening was supposed to have a cap but it came off somehow. Not only did Jake point this out to me, he took pictures for me so I could see the issue without climbing up there. I'm not happy with the price or the fact that there has been a couple issues so soon after install, but Black Diamond has made it effortless to get these issues resolved at no cost to me. I'm glad I chose them.

Black Diamond Experts were all around friendly, helpful, and professional. I came in contact with several employees and I felt like every single one of them had customer service as their number one priority! They were also clear and informative on what they were doing and why and had the lowest price I could find for a new HVAC system. I called them Friday afternoon and by Monday at 4 PM, my new system was installed and running beautifully. Marc even brought us portable AC units on Friday evening knowing that they couldn't install till Monday; he said he wanted us as comfortable as we could be over the weekend.
