They sell some cost effective replacement roofing tiles out of their "boneyard"
Very helpful on our new home, upfront and straight shooting on pricing differences between the various tiles. Nice when a company is respectful of the clueless homeowners as well as the contractors they mostly deal with.
What a terrible experience. I ordered tiles from this company in person, and was told it would be two or three weeks because of covid. I called three weeks after to check on order and they told me they had already delivered tiles to my home. Obviously not accurate or I would have noticed. Turns out they forgot to order the tiles all together. Once they did come, after a rush reorder, they did not order enough (I even gave them a copy of my roof plan) and I had to go through it all over again. I called corporate office and never got a call back. Horrible customer service. It has become such an accepted practice to fall short on customer service in this town, this company is no exception.
