St George Heating and Air Conditioning

I can't say enough about the value, expertise and service provided by St George Heating and Air Conditioning. We had a home built here in St George and unfortunately our contractor improperly installed a system that did not evenly distribute heating/cooling evenly throughout the house. The poorly installed system, created a 6 degree difference between the front of our home. Being the contractor would do next to nothing to address our problem, I called St George Heating in to do and assessment and provide a resolution to our dilemma. Dallas Hunt came out and did exactly that and stayed with us from the beginning to the successful end of our system correction, at price that was one that a retired couple embraced. What a value and beyond that we have a friend in the HVAC business. I highly recommend St George heating to anyone looking for value, expertise and service. They used their scale to measure the Refridgerant gas when the coil had frost on it and it misread. They claimed it needed refriderant because of the misread and overcharged us. The AC went out a few days later and we called someone else. The other company saw that it was overfilled and had to realease 3 lbs of refridgerent. Okay no problem, they made a mistake. I'm okay with that. But, I believe they should pay for the fix the other company had to do because of their mistake. I called to talk to the owner about it and he was very rude and absolutely refused.. Also they should refund us the $45 they charged us for gas that wasn't NEEDED.

I called in the middle of summer because my AC unit wasn't allowing my house to get below 77 degrees. It has always been poor since I purchased my house new but it has finally degraded to so poor that I'd rather live outside. I scheduled an appointment for Thursday, which was three days away because they are so busy during summer. But later in the day the technician calls me and says he's in the area and can come right away. I was floored. Then this guy shows up on my doorstep with some wicked tattoos. I mean this is Utah. You don't see a lot of people with a ton of tattoos. Kind of taken aback. I let him come in and he does a visual inspection of everything. He immediately surmised the problem and brings his tools to the compressor unit. Fixes everything in about 30 minutes and the AC runs like a champ. It's been about a month and still has no problems. This dude was the most POLITE, HONEST and RESPECTFUL person I have met in a long time. Five stars go out to St. George
