After we built and installed a patio roof that connected to the existing house roof, whenever it rained it would leak at a couple places. We put caulking in the areas where we thought was causing the leaks. But we couldn't solve the problem. After several months of continued leaking whenever it rained, we contacted St. George Roof Repair, and Ian was able to diagnose the problem in short order. His bid to repair the water damage to the roof, to seal and caulk the tile joints and also to replace several broken tiles on the entire roof was comprehensive and the cost was extremely fair. He and his crew were able to start the work immediately because one of his prior work commitments had to be postponed because of the weather conditions, and he fit us into his schedule.
