YES! Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing, and Electric

We had a wonderful experience with the YES heating and air conditioning company. The technicians were very professional regarding their work. They were very friendly and easy to talk to. They answered our questions and we felt like we had made the right decision to go with this company. We would certainly recommend this company and we would award this company a 5 Star rating.

Well it came time to repair my unit they first came to see what if anything was wrong and what I could do to either keep it or figure out what we could do to either replace the unit or both or band aid it. The tech Danny came and gave me numerous options to replace or fix it till I could work out a plan to replace. They didn’t try and sell me on anything the tech shared results and explain what the numbers meant and where they needed to be. He then put me in touch with the sales rep on a Friday I didn’t expect anyone to pretty much answer and the salesman Jason called me while heading up north and told me once he arrived at his hotel he would call me back. I didn’t think he would I’ll admit I was skeptical. He then calls me at about 9 o’clock at night and stayed on the phone with me and gave me options on units both units and gave me different price rebates I could go with. He didn’t force sale anything he wasn’t being forceful. He just wanted to give outstanding customer service for h

We bought a 2 stage gas furnace and AC unit in December. Installation was fast and effecient. Very professional. Furnace worked great through the winter. When we started having hot days we noticed it was not cooling properly. Called Absolute and they responded quickly. The technician came and spent time diagnosing and brought in another technician as the there was a problem with the wiring\signal to the thermostat that is not a normal thing.
