Don't use this company for your needs. I had a horrible experience with this company. They did not do the job they paid for. When i ask my refund, owner refused so i am making sure that the others aware of this business

Years ago had a line in my basement backed up... called a plumber out to help and they quoted me $1300.00. Decided to get a 2nd opinion and another company came out and quoted me 1250. (Both companies told me they would have to unclog beneath concrete and jackhammer the floor) Drain Detectives came out and they were able to PROPERLY diagnose the issue for just over $200 and no jackhammering needed. I was so relieved. I trust them, I use them every time i have an issue. They are friendly, nice, punctual and professional. A+ Rating.
