Set up appt. to check some plumbing issues. Said they'd tell "someone" and call me back. Nothing for a week. Called again. same thing. Called company back. The person who knows anything was always busy or away from the phone. The phone guy in the front office seemed like he definitely didn't want to be there or care to assist me. Poorest customer service I've seen in a long time, (the millennials at taco bell have better business manner than these guys) This company will definitely be removed from any further plumbing needs.

Not a single person at this company is approachable or has any sort of customer service. They don't care about the customer in the slightest, and their work was a joke. More specifically, they didn't put in what was bid and when we tried to correct the issues, they became defensive, confrontational, and tried to tell us we owed more money. Not to mention, there were multiple safety issues with their finished work. I wouldn't believe the above positive reviews in the slightest.

First of all when you call a company for a quote, They should tell you up front that there is a charge. I had called for a quote to re pipe and to find out how to get hot water to my shower quicker. I was not given a written quote for repiping just a ballpark figure, and was told that the job would be a big mess and have to cut holes in the walls. He did give me a quote for a part that would get hot water to the shower quicker, and before he left he said I have to collect $69.00. I was confused as I was not told about this when I made appointment. He asked me if the company told me I would be charged for the quote, and I said they did not. I told him I have never been charged for a quote before. I e-mailed the company and told them when I called, I was never told that I would be charged, and that I have had 4 remodels in the last 6 years, and have had numerous quotes, and was NEVER charged. And for this reason I would never use this company. This was the third quote in 2 weeks
