ACX Service

A friend of mine referred me to ACX Service when my AC Unit stopped working on a 95 degree summer day. I called and got voicemail. Kevin called me back within five minutes and explained that he and Mike would be able to stop by in the next thirty minutes or so. They arrived, diagnosed the problem, made a parts run for a new motor, then returned and had my system up and running inside of an hour later. My HVAC unit failed and after hours of YouTube and troubleshooting I was still scratching my head. I reached out to Kevin at ACX and despite a last minute request and long drive, he got me up and running. I would definitely recommend ACX and Kevin but call them BEFORE you've wasted countless hours trying to figure it out yourself.

I lease a commercial building, and by contract am required to have HVAC maintenance done every 6 months. When I signed the lease, Kevin and ACX service were recommended so I use them and I've never looked back! They've been excellent! I've been using Kevin and ACX service for a few years now -several times a year. Recently, the building required service outside of the required maintenance. I called Kevin (on the Saturday of the 3 day President's Day weekend) after 4:00 p.m. Kevin immediately answered the phone. We talked it over and determined it wasn't something we needed to have repaired right away (therefore saving me some money) so he showed up first thing on Monday morning.
