Comfort Solutions

I had Comfort Solutions install a Trane air conditioner on the main floor of my house last year; it has kept it perfectly cool through this summer and has worked quiet and flawlessly to date. The outdoor compressor unit needed to be placed in a difficult location due to lineset length limitations and property lines, however they managed to make it work. My only complaint would be they ran the lineset in front of the basement furnaces instead of in the ample space behind them.

My AC went out a week ago and Kaelani was so great to work with and tried to make everything as easy and comfortable as possible during days of excessive heat while I was waiting for my new install. Jason and John came out this morning and did my install and I couldn't have been more happy to see them today. They did such a great job. My previous equipment was extremely difficult to remove and they worked so hard to get it out while working in the heat. It was a difficult job today and I appreciate them so much! My new equipment is so much better than what I had before and I am very happy.

Jason repaired our gas fireplace. Jason is a terrific technician. Polite, intelligent, knowledgeable, skilled and pleasant. He did a great job. After we had other technicians work on it, and fail, Jason, and his expertise, was a delightful and reassuring experience. He's our guy from now on!!
