Best in town.. Not only reliable but quick and definitely know his craft!! Highly recommend BJ! This is the second time he pulled me and my family out of a jam during winter! Not only is he professional but he makes you feel like family as he diagnoses and tries to resolve the problem as fast as possible!.. I would Highly recommend 911 Plumbing and heating.. Call them before you call anybody else!.. They definitely live up to the name!!
They were extremely helpful. They quickly and professionally replaced our old toilet that kept clogging even though it required moving the water pipe. We really appreciated their help putting up 2 grab bars and a towel rack. And they truly went above and beyond to help assemble a rolling table for my handicapped husband. Exceptional work delivered in a timely and professional manner. And the price was very reasonable for all the work they did. We know who to call now the next time we have plumbing and HVAC troubles. Thanks so much for all of your help BJ and crew!
BJ and his team were so great to work with and they were able to get to my rental within an hour of calling them and fix the issue with my AC and water heater. He provided excellent customer service and was transparent with the issues and what it would take to repair. I felt comfortable how he explained everything and that he was honest with his pricing.
