Braden and his team were professional in handling the inspection, estimate, and contract with a conversation I could understand along with photos. Timely communication with texting and email from start to finish was on point as I needed to notify my tenants of the scheduled demolition and roof work. As with all renovation work there is bound to be some ‘hidden’ complications and the team notified me promptly with photos and estimates for construction and repairs. I received multiple bids and this company was very comparable on price. They showed up when expected, did a fantastic job, explained everything along the way and kept their word with cleanup. There was only a couple bumps in the road and they resolved them fast and made it simple. This company went above and beyond what I was expecting and I would recommend anyone that is in need of roof repairs or replacement. INTERMOUNTAIN WEST CONTRACTORS was referred to me by my brother and dad. You would be wrong to go anywhere else. They do what they say. Clean up, just as good as the roof install. I think found 2 roofing nails, and had to really search for those. They even power washed the driveway after they were done. To which I was surprised. Then they did a follow up a while later to make sure I was happy. Don’t trust anyone else that knocks on your door you will never know what you will get into. Extremely happy with what they do.
