These people are wonderful. They put in my furnace 9yrs ago and whenever I have an issue they help me over the phone and walk me through the problem saving me from an unnecessary service call. How many places will do that?!. I will definitely have them come out to winterize my furnace. SJ Root
They were fantastic quick and helped me figure out a simple solution to my big problem.
No show for appointment with poor excuses! They told me that I would have to wait 5 days for an appointment. That was cool, as I used them in the past. So I stayed home for 4 hours (their appointment window) but the tech never showed up! When I called the office they told me that they had come and waited at my door for 15 minutes. That was not true, as I was home in my office looking out at the front door. Neither did they call me. Wen I finally called their office they said sorry. So frustrating! I would find someone else.
