S & S Roofing

I had my shingles replaced and some rotted roofing replaced by S&S, and they were great to work with from beginning to end. Josh was responsive and precise during the quote, scheduling with the main office was clear, and everything was on time. This installation and repair was fast, only took a day and the mess was cleaned up nicely. We only found a few missed nails and debris, but nothing compared to what came off, and nothing I would consider excessive. I had a few questions and issues on the final product but during the walk through inspection all questions/issues were clearly answered or addressed. I'm very pleased with the final result of the work that S & S Roofing did for my home. The new roof looks very nice. Everyone was kind and professional that came to the house to install the new roof and to take care of a few issues that remained after the initial installation. The final result looks like a high quality job. Although there were a few issues that remained after the initial installation, they were conscientious about making it right and understanding that I wanted the details to be taken care of. (One of the issues was not all of the shingles on the ridge vent were laying down.) I initially provided a harsh review because of the issues, but I'm glad to be able to be more positive because S & S made sure I was satisfied with the finished product. Very happy customer. Not only did they honor a previous quote from a year ago for the work, but they were able to schedule two crews for the job and completed it in one day. Dumpsters took a couple of days to be removed, but a phone call got it done. They were very patient with the final payment as our insurance company took an excessive amount of time to send the final check after the job was completed. Would recommend highly and will probably ask for a bid on our daughter's house shortly.
