The Roof Doctor

Chris and the Roof Doctor team were incredible to work with. They helped identify the problem and took the time to explain all possible solutions. They were prompt in responding and got the job done quick once we made our decision to move forward. They were professional and responsive. They were replacing a roof based on poor workmanship from another company after only 6 years! Know who you are working with! I would trust these guys to work on my house anytime. Thank you!

We got our old roof replaced by the Roof Doctor. We received 4 x quotes from local roofing companies and the Roof Doctor provided the best bid (price and quality). Chris was very responsive during both the bid process and subsequently during the re-roofing job itself. They were willing to accommodate some of our specific needs (ie higher quality GAF Tigerpaw underlay etc.). The crew were efficient and professional - and made a conscious effort to keep the work site clean at the end of each day. The only issue was that we had a bit of a delay getting the job done due to a run of rainy weather (it took about 6 weeks from accepting their bid to replacing the roof).

Prompt, professional, and thorough. We moved from out of state and did not occupy the house yet. Rob and his company were communicative with our realtor, who was assisting with home repairs on our behalf. We were first-time homeowners and homebuyers so we had many questions about the process and what needed to be done. He responded to our many inquiries and questions well within 24 hours with clarity and patience. He was also flexible with us when we had limitations. The job was finished promptly and included photos of completed work. If we have any future roof issues, I’m calling The Roof Doctor again.
