I want to say THANK YOU to Chris Olsen. I had a roof leak and had to deal with insurance to replace or repair. The roof was 20 years old and he discovered that we had wind damage. He helped me through the long and tedious process of getting approval with my claims adjuster and although it took a few months, was in contact with me through the whole process. The install was quick and the workers had damaged one of my garage lights and security cameras. Chris made it right and replaced them. We received 6 quotes for a new roof. The Roof Doctor was the best. Chris Olsen has been so responsive and pleasant with all questions that my husband and I have had. He has also been so great at working around our schedules. We ended up getting a new roof, ridge vents and new gutters. Both crews that came out (roof crew and gutter crew) where very pleasant to have around. We even changed things up with the gutters and went with 2 different colors. We requested black gutters along the roof of the house (to blend in with our black roof), and then we asked for the downspouts/drains to be white. Everything looks AMAZING!
