The Roof Doctor

We received 6 quotes for a new roof. The Roof Doctor was the best. Chris Olsen has been so responsive and pleasant with all questions that my husband and I have had. He has also been so great at working around our schedules. We ended up getting a new roof, ridge vents and new gutters. Both crews that came out (roof crew and gutter crew) where very pleasant to have around. We even changed things up with the gutters and went with 2 different colors. We requested black gutters along the roof of the house (to blend in with our black roof), and then we asked for the downspouts/drains to be white. Everything looks AMAZING! Pricing was very reasonable. It was a smaller job but they still got me on the schedule quickly and showed up when they said they would. They ended up having to work around a solar panel installation crew that appeared unannounced and four days before their scheduled appointment. The Roof Doctor technicians were good natured about it, despite the fact that they were obviously being slowed down by the other crew's activities. Prompt, professional, and thorough. We moved from out of state and did not occupy the house yet. Rob and his company were communicative with our realtor, who was assisting with home repairs on our behalf. We were first-time homeowners and homebuyers so we had many questions about the process and what needed to be done. He responded to our many inquiries and questions well within 24 hours with clarity and patience. He was also flexible with us when we had limitations. The job was finished promptly and included photos of completed work. If we have any future roof issues, I’m calling The Roof Doctor again.
