Working with any contractor should be a partnership. Expert Handyman has been doing our kitchen reno and they've done a great job. They have good suggestions for achieving the look you're after. These guys know their stuff!

Repairman who came was very pleasant, polite, and considerate, however, can't recommend company due to rather exorbitant pricing. In our case received a $320 estimate to enlarge a pre-existing plumbing/electric access door in a closet. Thought that was at least $70 over reasonable price but decided to proceed anyway. Materials were essentially 2x2' section of plywood sheet, two hinges, a $1.00 hook and eye latch, and four pieces of wood to frame edges of plywood board (no painting). Final bill came in over $360.00 (over the already high estimate). I ended up throwing their latch away and replacing with my own $5 spring loaded latch which had to be mounted at bottom corner because board/door was too warped. I could have done this myself with $50 in materials in about 90 minutes max. Lesson learned. I advise shopping around for a more reasonable quote if you get an estimate from this company. Marcelo was on time, efficient, & knowledgeable. He patched some tricky drywall & created an access panel in our garage ceiling. Very helpful in the correct placement of it also. 3rd time we’ve used Expert Handyman and been more than happy with all of their work. Services: General construction, Drywall installation
