Pat Murray came out and diagnosed an issue on my unit with the best possible customer service and attitude. This is the second time he's visited, first time completing maintenance. Each time he has been professional, courteous, and well within schedule. I recommend Frosty's as your first choice over competing vendors and technicians. No one else has provided this level of customer care.

The technicians were prompt, and extremely courteous. During the routine maintenance of our furnace, they pointed out a broken piece that holds the filter in place, and gave me the option of ordering the piece and installing myself, which was less expensive than if they did it. They showed me where to order it and how to install it. As is always the case with Frosty's, I appreciated that they provided me options for best value. I can't say enough kind things about this company. I called with an AC issues around 1:00PM and they had someone in my home working on the unit by 2:15. Same day service and repair. Mike was professional and gave me an honest opinion about my AC unit. No nickel and diming either!
