Kesterson Plumbing is hot garbage. We had them in to try to fix an indoor leak and shower taps. They came twice, charging us hundreds of dollars each visit, and left admitting they weren't able to figure out the problem. Clearly, my fault for giving them a second shot. To add insult to injury, the fixes--once we had a competent plumber stop by--were easy, and cost us roughly 1/4 of what Kesterson charged... and they other group actually worked! We had Kesterson Plumbing over to look at our kitchen faucet that had some leaking from one of the handles. The parts from the manufacturer were delivered and Kesterson installed the new cartridges and the leaking from the handle was resolved. Later that day I noticed water spraying and dripping from the back of the gooseneck portion of the faucet. When I look closely, I could see scratches into the chrome of the faucet neck. These were clearly recent as there had not been any dripping from that area previously and there was no calcium or lime build up. I notified Kesterson of the issue and indicated that I think they scratched/punctured the chrome when then were working on the faucet and removing the pieces with the wrench to install the new cartridges. I showed them pictures and video. They eventually sent someone over to look at it. It took many days/weeks to get someone over and to receive a response. They refused to take responsibility for the damage. We must now replace our Wate

We had an external drain that wasn't draining well. It was uncertain if the pipe had a partial collapse or if it was clogged. Scott wasn't able to run the normal snake clearing head through the drain, but was able to run the bare snake through it. He talked me through what he was thinking the issues could be. After that, he told me he wasn't satisfied with the results and would try the process again. After several attempts and setbacks, he got the pipe cleared. Scott went the extra mile and resolved the issue. A lot of people would have said good enough, beyond happy that Scott did the job properly even though it took extra time and effort. Would recommend them to anyone for any plumping issues you have.
