Erik went above & beyond to communicate with me & set expectations. Oliver was here do some electrical work & he was honest, knowledgeable, & efficient. We had several jobs like an outdoor hose bib wheel replacement, a dripping kitchen faucet, and switching outdated hallway light fixtures that we needed help with. They were able to arrive the very next day. We assumed they'd give us a price & need to return. However, they gave us a few options and completed the work the same day at a very reasonable price. We liked them so much that we asked about hvac maintenance and purchased a plan. Excellent company and their techs were polite, very knowledgeable and exceeded our expectations. We recently called Michael & Son Services to handle our irrigation backflow adjustment which the city of Raleigh requires. They came out the same day and took care of the issue quickly .and efficiently. We were very pleased with the response and the service. The price was fair. We would use them again.
