Had their electric department come out and relocate some electrical outlets for me that were in my backyard. One of the electrical outlets had my septic pump with its distribution box connected to it which went to my septic control box. When they relocated that outlet they redid the wiring for the distribution box as well. This tripped the alarm for the septic control box and also lost power to the control box. They rewired everything but did it incorrectly. They wired my septic pump to have constant power flowing to it and rewired the septic tank floats incorrectly as well. My ALARM float was set to the lowest float while my OFF float was set to the highest float. Needless to say since my pump was running constantly it eventually burned out and about a month later I started having backup in my basement. I HAD a finished a basement so the drywall and all the carpet had to be ripped up along with my family getting displaced from our house for nearly a week while the restoration team cam

Erik went above & beyond to communicate with me & set expectations. Oliver was here do some electrical work & he was honest, knowledgeable, & efficient.
