I found that person , Brent Rocker . Brent Rocker has serviced my condo several times . He solved all the maintenance issues and offered me advice in addition . Brent was very responsive and did excellent work on short notice with last minute repairs needed to put home on market. Other odd jobs popped up and he readily agreed to do them, making multiple runs to Home Depot and made everything like new. Highly recommend him!
