The technicians arrive on time each time. They were responsive to my concerns about a rattling noise from the new unit, got someone out the next day and resolved it. I made an extensive redesign of the way my Trane system is connected to my ducts in order to improve air flow and reduce static pressure in the system. 495 HVAC performed a wonderful job and resolved the issues I was having. Guadalupe and his crew were very professional, arrived on time every day, cleaned up at the end of the workday (it took 4 full days to complete the job), explained everything to me clearly, and paid great attention to detail.
