I have had 3 different electricians examine this problem. I've paid them each for a service call which resulted in the outlet remaining problematic. Doyle Electric Company guys took fifteen minutes to diagnose and repair the problem outlet. I was satisfied with their work and would certainly call them again.

I will definitely recommend them to others and I will definitely keep using them if I have any other issues they were awesome. I would rate them higher than a five if I could.
