The DMV office in Arlington, Virginia recently underwent renovations with the help of a handyman, bathroom remodeler, and contractor. The DMV offices needed to be updated to be up-to-date with the new regulations and to modernize. The DMV office utilized the services of a handyman to repair the paintwork on walls, cabinets, shelves, and rules. The bathroom remodeler was in charge of taking out old showers and bathtubs and replacing them, as well as repairing the walls. Lastly, the contractor overhauled the ceilings, floors, and lights. Thanks to these renovations, the DMV now has a modern look that would last for years to come.

Had my hardwood floors refinished and my bathroom remodeled. Project Manager, Tony, is quick to respond and quick to resolve any concerns or issues. Julio was awful! His crew didn't tell us when they were coming or what they did. He charged more than should have for the work. Even my Bank had to argue with him because he tried to get more than agreed! Horrible job in outside construction and inside. The drywall didn't touch the ceiling and cracks are everywhere. The roof work left me with a leaking roof and wanted to charge me extra money. I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy. He called me several times and emailed me to try to get my post taken down. He lied about the things he fixed like my mailbox, when my recently deceased father and friend actually posted my mailbox. He charges over $5000 for a crawlspace to be fixed with 1 beam and clearing when nothing was done. I wish I could post the before/after pictures with his emails to prove he is a fraud ????! If you’re looking for a a top notch team for a remodeling project then look no further than DMV Renovation. From my first initial contact with Elena to then meeting with Julio to discuss the project, I knew that I was engaging with a skilled, professional team. While they were not my lowest quote, I felt that paying more for their expertise would be worth it. I was not wrong. Marvin, Jonathan, and the rest of the team did a fantastic job with adding a second bathroom to my outdated 50s Rambler. Marvin is a skilled craftsman and also a truly wonderful person. Once I have the funds to partially finish my basement, I will be calling them to do the job. Highly recommend!
