I have an old house, so I'm in the habit of collecting contractor information, whether by mail, word of mouth or otherwise. I saw a Perry Aire vehicle around the neighborhood (Marketing teams: vehicle graphics work!!!) and took down the info. When I had several issues in the house that needed different skillsets -- plumbing, electrical, etc -- I called them because they seemed to do it all. I don't regret it one bit. Robin "Coop" Cooper came to the rescue, diagnosed the problem in each of my issues almost immediately and got to work. He was pleasant, professional, gave me tips for ongoing little stuff to help take care of things...he was just a great dude. I want to take him fishing and hear more stories! But I would undoubtedly do business with Perry Aire again. Everyone from their office personnel were responsive and professional as well and Robin did a great job. Highly recommend them. Steve quickly organized hot water replacement on Friday. For same day! Brendan the head tech was indeed an expert. Knowledgeable, he organized and executed the work. He was always pleasant and professional. Jorge complemented the efforts of the first two. Did great. It is hardly believable that all this work could be organized and accomplished so quickly.
