Had a leak in the sink faucet valve underneath the sink. In looking for the main shutoff valve in the house, Bob also found a leak in the laundry room. Bob redid the copper lines to be more accessible and fixed the laundry room leak too. Very professional, and very fast. Quite happy with the work. Offered free advice on cabinet installation to work best with sink long-term, to raise the cabinets I was installing by an inch, to prevent a problem down the road. Will use again. I'm always wary of reviews that don't say anything bad, but I don't have anything bad to say! Robert recently replaced my electric hot water heater and related fittings. He came out ahead of time to look things over and provide an in-person quote, his quote was very reasonable, he agreed to pick up a water heater that I ordered from a big box store, installed it when he said he would, and everything turned out very clean and professional. If I were to reach for a negative: it seems like (currently) a small/one-person company, so trying to schedule something on short notice might be hit or miss? Even if that's true, I'd flip that around and say that when you do get something scheduled, you know that it will be Robert doing the work. Which is a good thing. Would definitely recommend. This is the third time we Have used all service Plumbing. The first time was to install a new toilet, the second time was also a toilet issue , and we recently got my garbage disposal fixed yesterday. Very professional and we would definitely use him again.
