The Atlantic Coast technicians did a phenomenal job installing our new complete system with new ductwork. When an issue was noted (post-installation) these techs were on top of it and corrected it expeditiously. I am very satisfied with the service received from Atlantic Coast Heating & Cooling! Overall, working with Atlantic Coast Heating & Cooling was a pleasant experience. The sales rep visited our home and shared quotes in a timely manner; and, the team installed our entire system in one day. The biggest issue we had was when the sales rep was scheduled to return to our house to ensure we were all on the same page for the installation (there was a couple month gap of coming to the home initially and installation). We agreed on a day/time and he called to let me know he would be running late. Once he arrived to our house, he was asked to wear a mask (we have a new baby) and then got into his car and left. I attempted to call/text him to understand what happened and was told I needed to find another company for installation. It is for this very unprofessional situation that I am giving this company four stars instead of five. Just signed your maintenance agreement given to me by Clay. Clay came out, checked and cleaned my system, talked to me about what he was doing and why. Clay is very informative and asks questions.
