The representative Charlie is the best that I've encountered. He gave the the true honest examination of the job and did not try to give me something that I did not need. I was truly appreciative of that. Atlantic Craftsman still got the job and they did an excellent as well. I referred them to several colleagues for jobs as well. Because of Charlie's honesty, he save me over $4K. Needless to say, when it is time to have the full repair, I will be calling Atlantic Craftsman to do it. Great experience. The owner himself came to my house and explained everything from the history of the company to the quality of the products and his staff.
