Updated review: Service tech came out on Friday fixed the issue . . . It was chilly out so i turned my ac off. Turned it on Monday and my house continued to warm up. Called had tech come out Wednesday bc the air blowing is not cold. I have my system on to test it an hour later and it has gone up a degree. I will now have to call another company and be charged again to have someone fix it. The tech was polite and on time both times but still having the same issue $700 later. Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning
Hunter repaired our air handler efficiently and well. He explained the problem and the repair.
Replaced thermostat with an upgraded model. Very pleased with the professionalism received by the Senior Comfort Advisor, Stephanie Byrd, and Michael S who replaced the thermostat. I appreciated the effort and time spent in approving and installing the upgraded thermostat.
