If you need plumbing work done correctly at a reasonable price call Drain Masters. Mike, John, and Aaron repaired the leaking water main in my front yard. They not only identified the leak from a previously botched repair (not their work!), but also a second leak from the other end of the same botched job. They took the time to repair it correctly. They did miss their appointment window, but the company called me to tell me they were running behind and based on the quality of their work I can’t hold that against them. Another plumbing company told me the pipe could NOT be repaired and required a full replacement (to the tune of $4700). Drain Masters fixed it in an afternoon for a reasonable price!

I called to make an appointment. The person who answered the phone said she would call me back. After no call back I called a second time and was finally given an appointment for a few days out. The plumber came and never identified himself or his company. I guess I was suppose to read his logo on his shirt and truck and be satisfied with that. He came unprepared and instead of going back to the shop and getting what he needed, he rescheduled my appointment for another 4 days out. Upon his arrival for the second visit again the driver knocked on the door and did not say hello or identify himself to the person who answered. My husband had to ask him his name and the name of his company. The plumber took forever to do nothing. The leaking sink still leaked after he left. I had wet tissue all over my floor, A glob of hardened putty stuck on the floor and still a leaking sink. I contacted the office and again they said I had to wait.... a few days for him to return. That was to
