Drain Masters

I called to make an appointment. The person who answered the phone said she would call me back. After no call back I called a second time and was finally given an appointment for a few days out. The plumber came and never identified himself or his company. I guess I was suppose to read his logo on his shirt and truck and be satisfied with that. He came unprepared and instead of going back to the shop and getting what he needed, he rescheduled my appointment for another 4 days out. Upon his arrival for the second visit again the driver knocked on the door and did not say hello or identify himself to the person who answered. My husband had to ask him his name and the name of his company. The plumber took forever to do nothing. The leaking sink still leaked after he left. The property management company lined up drain masters when the garbage disposal stopped working. Ryan showed up on time, tried to fix the issue but ultimately needed to replace the unit. He was quick, tidy, and polite!

Ryan came over and did an amazing job! Answered some questions I had and was very knowledgeable. Definitely will be using them again.
