Woke up Sunday morning to a wet carpet caused by my water heater leaking overnight (do they break at any other time??). Called Premier and they sent someone out quickly. Ended up needing a new installation which was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Customer service and technician were very friendly. Ask for Jared!! The employees starting from the office management to their workmen are very professional, friendly and make their customers feel important. None of the usual “ we’ll be there between 8 and 5”!!.
