Called company for A/C failure during summer heatwave. They were here within 24 hours on a Sunday! Doug was prompt, professional and proficient. He fixed out heat pump and then did a very thorough exam of our system and educated us on system maintenance. I will now use quality contracting inc. For all my HVAC needs. Extremely happy with this company! My package unit was old, on its last leg, and had been failing, and needed repairs, every winter for the past few years and finally died, this fall. The idea of replacing it was quite frankly scary as I know nothing about this stuff and have heard horror stories from many people over the years. I called several companies before i found this one and no one seemed to care as they were too busy i guess or they simply didn't answer and never called me back. When i called, Ashley the office manager was super friendly, and professional. She took the time to educate me on my system and what the work would entail. She took the time to answer all of my many questions, and didn't make me feel dumb for asking them. I requested an estimate asap and they came out the next day.
