Autumn Electric went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I was happy with the work, kept me informed throughout the day. They made sure the area where the work was being performed remained clean and the way they found it. The level of professionalism and excellent quality was at a level I have not experienced in quite a while.

Giving autumn electric five stars for quality customer service. Scheduling an appointment was very easy and because the job we needed was below a certain cost we were able to get a quote on the phone. The quote was very reasonable. Long story short, but due to our own mistake we actually did not end up needing the service we requested. The technician quickly resolved our issue in a matter of seconds. We were very embarrassed and offered to pay for him coming out anyways - but the technician was incredibly kind, happy for us that it was easy to resolve, and said there would be no charges. Given we did not actually need their services, I can’t speak for the execution of services they provide but know we will be calling again with any electrical needs we have... hopefully we actually need them next time :)

I highly recommend Autumn Electric. I have had them install ceiling fans, wire my entire basement, expand my breaker box, add lighting and troubleshoot problems. Each and every time the people were on time for the appointment and were very friendly, clean and professional and the prices were very reasonable.
