Sidney provided an outstanding plumbing service and I look forward to working with him again when he returns to finish the remaining work. He was very thorough in the diagnose to determine the cause of the water leak - he showed me what the issue is by replicating the leak and why the leak happened. Thank God that the cause turned out to be minor, not as invasive! He explained everything in detail, documented things step-by-step (including photos) and took an extra step to help negotiate the price by calling the office (more than 1 call). He even threw in addt’l quick minor jobs to help match another vendor’s estimate. He conducted himself with professionalism, enthusiasm (you can tell that he loves what he does and he cares) and pleasant personality and I’ll be sure to recommend him/his company to my family and friends. I called about a burst water pipe. Jennifer was very helpful and was able to schedule a repair service for the same day-she did make my day better!.
