We hired Richards Heating and AC to replace our entire HVAC system with a hybrid heat pump system this summer. I already knew our 24 year old system was not going to last much longer so had done a lot of research into types of systems and HVAC companies. Richard Smith, the owner, was very responsive through the whole process. He came to our house to make the estimate and took the time to answer all my questions. He provided a very detailed proposal showing all the options that fit our needs and he was easy to reach by phone or email to answer questions after that. The prices quoted were very reasonable. It was easy to schedule the installation and installers were competent and respectful. We were very happy with the experience and with the new HVAC!
