We used the Home Doctor for a sliding glass door installation a few years back. Recently, one of the doors went south on us (developed either a leak or some other issue) which caused the glass on the door to distort internally. Unfortunately, the vendor that Home Doctor had used previously went out of business. Fortunately, Quintas McCorkle, the COO, stepped in and facilitated the procurement and installation of a new door for us. It is a quality door and the Home Doctor installation was perfect. Jeremy in sales is attentive and supported by technical people like Mark and Justin. Quintas "owns" the process throughout and is readily available and responsive. Installation crews are prompt, professional, easy to work with AND they clean up the work area - it's part of the assessment form you complete at the end of the job. In addition to the door and window replacement, the crew replaced the old wood siding with new vinyl siding that made the finished product "pop". They have great follow up from their office team Adela, Diana, Trish and Min the project Manager. Don't expect the lowest price but you will get top quality. The team came out twice to make adjustments to the project with no delay. They anticipate weather better than your local meteorologist and they have a sense of humor. Home Doctor rocks !!
