A couple years back, we had a roof leak and called DeShazo to come look at it. They determined it was the vent pipes allowing water in at the seams. They replaced them and I thought we were squared away. Then, in 2021, we had more leaks. I called them back out and they told me the vent pipes were leaking *again*. They told me the replacement collars THEY PUT ON had cracked bc they were plastic. Essentially they put in faulty product that failed and then charged me to replace it a second time using a different material. I told them I had paid them once for this exact fix and they didn’t seem to think it mattered. They charged me again anyway. We can’t trust that whatever fixes they do are quality, so we will never hire them again. Edited in response to the company’s response: I did call when it occurred, asked to speak to the manager/owner. They told me nothing could be done. I had to pay again. Why am I posting my review now?
